Order Policy

1.  Returns and Exchange Policy

At Zainly, we’re committed to you, our customers. We’re able to offer such amazing products at the best prices because of our partnerships with retailers and designers from around the globe.  Each retailer will have their own return and exchange policy and therefore Zainly cannot process returns, except in very limited circumstances. However, we want you to be delighted. If something doesn’t meet your expectations please write to customercare@zainly.com within 48 hours. We’re committed to doing our best to help you find a solution and will get back to you within 24 hours.  Any shipping charges incurred to process the return or exchange will be the sole responsibility of the customer.

 

2.  Returns Policy for Custom Orders

Garment orders are based on the measurements/sizes that you provide.  Zainly will not be responsible for any inaccuracies in the final product (your custom order) in lieu of the measurements provided. Please note that before dispatching an order, we take photographs and record videos of each measurement part of the dress and keep them in record so that if any misfit case arise we first investigate it by checking measurements from our library. We do not accept returns or exchanges of custom orders. If they are sent incorrect, defective or not fit in accordance to the size ordered we'll offer you a free fix.

 

3.  incomplete, incorrect, damaged or defective

If something looks incomplete, incorrect, damaged or defective please write to customercare@zainly.com within 48 hours. We’re committed to doing our best to help you find a solution and will get back to you within 24 hours.

 

4.  Customs/Duties/Taxes

When ordering goods from Zainly.com for delivery overseas you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information.

 

5.  Order Cancellation:

 

You can cancel an order within 24 hours from the receipt of the payment and no charges will be deducted and you will get a full refund if the order is cancelled within 24 hours from the receipt of payment. If you would like to cancel an order after 24 hours then processing charges and admin charges for refund will apply. If a custom order has already been processed and you wish to cancel it after 24 hours then there might be additional charges which will be calculated and you will be informed of the final charges which will be deducted from your payment.

 

6.  Amend Your Orders

 

Any amendments can be suggested within 24 hours from the receipt of the order.  Any amendment to the original order after 24 hours may be subject to additional charges which will be determined after reviewing the requested changes.

 

7.  Listing and Descriptions

Zainly makes every effort to ensure that the product descriptions and photographs provided on this web site are accurate and life-like. Whilst the reproduction of colours and styles contained on the photographs shown on this website are as accurate as image and photographic processing will allow, Zainly cannot accept responsibility for slight variances in colour or style. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, VGA card, resolution of your computer, browser used. We cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.
