Zainly offers worldwide shipping to over 200 countries.  Shipping costs and duty incurred differ from country to country. These are calculated automatically at the checkout page when both the destination and delivery service are selected. Custom duty and taxes incurred differ from country to country and is the responsibility of the customer.

 

We aim to dispatch all orders within 48hrs. Estimated delivery timings are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes. We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.  Depending on the product we aim to have all product delivered to our customers in 1 to 4 weeks.  Customer orders depending on complexity  can take between 3-6 weeks.

 

Our carriers deliver during normal business working hours and may require a signature on receipt, so we suggest your order is delivered to an address where someone will be available to accept it.

 

If you are not in when your parcel arrives, the carrier will leave a card telling you where it is. It might be left in a safe place or there will be details on how to pick up your order or rearrange delivery.

 

Please be advised that on any public holiday dates in your country, deliveries will not be made. In this instance, please expect your order to arrive the next business day.

 

You are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. Zainly cannot be held liable for any import duties payable on orders made and recommends that all customers make themselves aware of such local charges before ordering.
